Generate Your Town's Application Form Online

(It is recommended that you print this page with your browser's print function before selecting Register Teams)

To generate your online registration application, select Register Teams.  Once you have generated your registration application, you may select Teams Registered to view your submission. If you wish to edit or remove a team you have registered, please select Edit/Remove Teams.  If you have any questions regarding the entering of your team(s) registration information, please contact Dale Clutter @ 978-505-5812.

By using the online registration, you agree that you have read and agreed to the information in the Registration Package on the Registration Info page of this web site.

There are a few steps to generating your online registration:

  1. Select Register Teams above and enter your email address & Town
  2. Enter the town coordinator or submitter information so Baystate may contact you regarding your submitted teams.
  3. Enter the information for each team (Division, Team Name, Rounds of participation, Primary and Secondary fields and whether this is a new team in this division this year).
  4. After entering all your teams, select Calculate Fees at the bottom of the form to review the information you have submitted and the fees for each of the teams as well as the total fee for your submission.
  5. If you agree to the information supplied and the fees, then select Submit the application, located at the bottom of the page, whereby you will then:
  6. Be presented with the information you submitted, which you need to print with your browser and submit with your check to Don McGowan, 206 Fox Hill Road, Burlington, MA 01803.
  7. After printing, click on Return to Online Registration at the bottom of the page.

If you wish to edit your team submissions, please select Edit/Remove Teams above.
