Bay State Baseball Tournament of Champions CORI Requirements Bay State Baseball Tournament of Champions (BSBTC) requires coaches to certify that their youth baseball program or team routinely performs CORI (Criminal Offender Records Information) checks on the coaches and other individuals who participate with summer baseball as part of Bay State Baseball Tournament of Champions.
