As has been the
policy of Bay State
Tournament of Champions,
all bats that are currently allowed for use in either Little League or
Cal Ripken division of Babe Ruth baseball are eligible for use in Bay
State
Tournament of Champions.
Effective June 24, 2011, Babe Ruth baseball has lifted its moratorium on
composite material bats for Cal Ripken Baseball. Consequently, all bats
are now eligible for use in Cal Ripken Baseball provided they are (a)
less than or equal to 2.25" diameter and (b) less than or equal to 33"
in length. Bay State
Tournament of Champions
will now
follow those same rules.
