Note: In the semifinals (Saturday), Group A 1st place team vs. Group B 2nd place team and Group B 1st place team vs. Group A 2nd place team. In the semifinals, the team which finished first in its group will be the home team. In the finals (Sunday), the team which finished higher in their group shall be the home team; should both teams have finished in the same position, the team with the higher original seeding will be the home team.
